LALIVE IBA appointments
LALIVE is delighted to announce prestigious IBA appointments for four of our lawyers, including three partners. This includes partners Sandrine Giroud appointed as Senior Vice-Chair of the IBA Litigation Committee; Matthias Gstoehl as Secretary of the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee; and Sam Moss as Co-Chair of the Dispute Resolution Subcommittee of the IBA Construction Projects Committee, as well as counsel China Irwin, who was appointed Chair of the Editorial Board of the International Construction Projects Committee. All appointments are for a two-year term, effective from 1 January 2024.
These appointments reinforce the firm’s strong commitment to the IBA, with a total of eight LALIVE partners and counsel currently holding positions on IBA committees. Other members of the firm on committees include partners Noradèle Radjai as Officer of the IBA Arab Regional Forum; Alexander Troller as Regional Representative for Western Europe of the IBA Asset Recovery Committee; Simone Nadelhofer as Anti-Corruption Committee Liaison Officer of the Business Crime Committee and Jaime Gallego as Young Lawyers’ Committee Liaison Officer of the IBA Mining Law Committee.
