GAR Awards shortlist for best development

The toolkit designed for young arbitrators drafting their first awards, a project conceived and led by LALIVE partner Noradèle Radjai for the IBA Arb 40 Committee, has been nominated by GAR as one of the best developments in arbitration.

This project has been shortlisted together with another 16 projects worldwide, all of which will be subject to public votes to be cast through an online voting form.

Another shortlisted project which was launched in Switzerland and actively supported by LALIVE, in particular through  partner Domitille Baizeau is the Pledge for Equal Representation in Arbitration, an initiative designed to increase  equal opportunities in arbitration, in particular to increase the number of women appointed as arbitrators.

The winner will be announced at the GAR Awards ceremony in Milan on the 29th of March.
