Genevieve is an arbitration and litigation specialist, advising on the resolution of high-value international commercial disputes. Genevieve has acted in some of the world’s largest and most complex cross- border disputes. Her expertise covers a broad range of commercial matters in the telecommunications, energy, insurance, fast moving consumer goods, and financial services sectors; including those arising out of shareholder and joint venture disputes.  She has worked extensively on India-seated and India-related arbitrations, and as counsel and arbitrator in matters involving a number of procedural and substantive laws.

She is experienced with the rules of all the major institutions and a range of arbitral seats including, in particular, London, Paris, Geneva, Stockholm, New York, and Delhi. She serves as Arbitrator and is a Solicitor Advocate with rights of audience in the English High Court.
