Hélène Taberlet

Hélène specialises in international commercial and investment arbitration, and has experience in a number of sectors, including energy, construction and engineering. She acts as counsel and administrative secretary in arbitrations under a variety of procedural rules, including the ICC, ICSID and LCIA Arbitration Rules, in disputes arising from share purchases, joint ventures and large projects.

Before joining LALIVE, Hélène was Senior Legal Counsel at a Geneva-based international energy company, where she managed and oversaw pre-contentious matters and disputes and provided legal support for all oil and gas trading activities.
