Matthias Scherer and Bernd Ehle recognized by the International Construction Arbitrators Association (ICAA)

Matthias Scherer and Bernd Ehle have been included in the arbitrator list of the newly launched International Construction Arbitrators Association (ICAA), a global initiative aimed at promoting excellence in the resolution of international construction disputes.

The ICAA was officially launched on 29 September 2025 and offers an approved list of experienced arbitrators and construction professionals from both common and civil law jurisdictions. The ICAA provides parties and institutions with access to specialists who combine deep procedural expertise with practical industry insight.

Matthias and Bernd will join a distinguished group of arbitrators recognised for their longstanding experience in construction law and international arbitration, including disputes under FIDIC and other major international contracts.  Their inclusion reflects their reputation for excellence and commitment to best practices in the field.
