Sandrine Giroud, Veijo Heiskanen and Anton Vallélian contribute to the third edition of sovereign immunity by Lexology
LALIVE partners Sandrine Giroud and Veijo Heiskanen, and associate Anton Vallélian have contributed to the 3rd edition of Sovereign Immunity for Switzerland, published by Lexology Getting the Deal Through. Lexology GTDT provides international expert analysis on key areas of law, covering many jurisdictions.
Immunity from jurisdiction or from enforcement is important for the functioning of States or other international entities such as international organisations. As one of the main wealth management centers of the world and host to many international organisations, Switzerland is often a jurisdiction where immunity issues are litigated. This contribution provides an overview of the current legal regime applicable to immunities issues under Swiss law.
