Three LALIVE lawyers ranked among best construction lawyers

In its recently published guide to the world’s leading Construction lawyers, Who’s Who Legal has selected LALIVE lawyers Michael E. Schneider and Matthias Scherer (both of whom had previously been selected) and Sam Moss in its ranking for Switzerland. The ranking follows a peer review process which recognised their wide experience in international commercial and investor-state arbitration, with a particular emphasis on disputes in the construction sector, as well as their active participation in key industry associations, conferences and regular publications on construction-related matters. In this context, Michael E. Schneider’s role as President Elect of the International Academy of Construction lawyers is worth noting.

The 9th edition of Construction is a truly global analysis of the market, featuring 552 leading practitioners from 314 firms across 59 jurisdictions. In its editorial, it makes reference to Michael E.
