Noradèle Radjai elected Vice-President of ASA

We are delighted to announce that LALIVE Partner Noradèle Radjai has been elected Vice-President of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), following a proposal by the ASA Board and confirmation by the ASA General Assembly on 26 September 2025.

This prestigious appointment recognises Noradèle’s outstanding contribution to ASA, as a member of its Board and Executive Committee. It reflects the firm’s long tradition of engagement with ASA, a leading international arbitration organisation with over 1000 members from Switzerland and around the globe.

Both the late Professor Pierre Lalive and Michael E. Schneider served as Presidents and later Honorary Presidents of ASA and several partners have served on the ASA Board, including Melissa Magliana , re-elected now for another 3-year term, and on related bodies. Professor Lalive also founded the ASA Bulletin in 1983, which has been edited by Matthias Scherer for over twenty years, more recently with the support of Catherine Anne Kunz.
